A water walking ball is a large, inflatable sphere that a person gets inside to walk, roll, and play on the surface of a body of water. The ball is airtight and has a zippered entrance for entry, but a person inside cannot open it from the inside. These balls are used for recreation, fitness, and rehabilitation, but safety concerns have been raised about their use.

Our Water Balls are usually made to 2m diameter, TPU or PVC material, TIZIP zipper from German. We also can do different size as per your requirements, 1.5m dia, 1.8m dia, 2.3m dia, 2.5m dia, 3.5m dia, etc. Both adults and children can use it.

Production details:

1. Design and Cutting:

We will make the water ball as per customer requirement. Accoding to your requirement, our designer will use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create a precise 3D model of the ball, which is used to guide automated machines that cut large sheets of PVC or TPU into the required panel shapes.

2. Welding and Sealing:

Our skilled workers heat-weld the panels together to form the sphere. In addition, the seams will be quadruple-stitch with extra webbing, to reinforce high-stress points, which makes the water ball more strong and durable!

3. High Quality Materials and Colour for Your Option:

There are 2 kinds of materials we can make the water balls, PVC or TPU. The most common and cost-effective material we used for water balls is PVC, while TPU is more expensive, non-toxic, and more environmentally friendly.You can choose the one you need.

4. German Tizip Zipper:

All of our water balls are used the TIZIP zipper from German, it is the best zipper for it, which provides a waterproof seal and allows for entry and exit.

Where we can use the water walking ball?

Water walking balls can be used in many places, including amusement parks, carnivals, swimming pools, lakes, marinas, and even private backyard pools. They are also available for use at some sporting events or as a rental business at leisure centers and parks.

1. Amusement parks and carnivals: These are common locations for commercial water walking ball activities.

Using Steps:

1.Child crawls in, sit down. Hold the handle, pull away from the handle  (so the zip is held straight), closing 70%.

2.Hold the tube from the outside(only use air tube, nothing more rigid). Hold toggle  with fingers of left hand, if air is not going in as fast as you like,    try wiggling the tube/straightening it out.

3.When the ball is fully inflated, allow the tube to fall out then close the zip by holding the handle and pulling away from the handle. You will know then the ball is fully inflated by looking at the ball,  hearing the sound of the blower change and by tapping the ball   and feeling that it is solid.

4.Make sure that the zip is pulled all the way to the end at that it is fully closed with  no gaps.

5.Make sure child is sitting when entering and exiting the pool.

6.Make sure they are kept always from tool sides, any other hazards or swimmers,  hold rope, supervise and do put pull rope hard. When getting the child out of the pool, tell them to sit down slowly and bring them to the pool side, gently get the ball out of the water, do not pull the ball with the handles just for positioning.

7.Open the ball by holding the handle and pull away from the handle.

8.Make sure child crawls out(if they walk out they might trip).
